Overview

IgniteX is a proprietary fuel-conditioning technology designed to improve the combustion efficiency of petrol (gasoline) and diesel engines. By conditioning fuel prior to combustion, IgniteX enables a more complete burn during engine ignition, resulting in cleaner emissions, improved fuel economy, and enhanced engine performance.

The Problem

Petrol and diesel fuels consist of tightly bonded hydrocarbon chains along with stabilizers and performance additives. During combustion, these tightly bonded hydrocarbons do not always atomize or burn completely within the combustion chamber.

This leads to two major issues:

1. Incomplete Combustion & Harmful Emissions

A portion of the fuel exits the engine as unburned or partially burned hydrocarbons, contributing to increased exhaust emissions and environmental pollution.

2. Fuel Wastage & Reduced Mileage

Fuel that does not combust effectively does not contribute to engine power, reducing mileage per litre and overall fuel efficiency.

The IgniteX Solution

IgniteX uses a proprietary, non-chemical fuel conditioning process that alters the behavior of petrol and diesel fuels prior to combustion.

This conditioning:

  • Reduces hydrocarbon clustering
  • Improves fuel atomization at ignition
  • Promotes a more complete and efficient combustion cycle

Research & Field Testing

IgniteX has been tested on hundreds of motorbikes under real-world operating conditions with consistent, repeatable results.

Mileage Testing Methodology

Two identical petrol test containers were used:

  • One fitted with IgniteX
  • One without IgniteX

Each container was filled with 100 ml of petrol. The motorbike was driven on-road until the fuel was exhausted. The distance traveled was recorded and compared.

Emissions Testing

Emissions testing was conducted at a Kerala Government–authorized emissions testing center.

Test Procedure

  1. Baseline emissions measured without IgniteX
  2. IgniteX installed on the motorbike
  3. Motorbike driven for 30 km under normal conditions
  4. Post-installation emissions test conducted

Result

The post-IgniteX test demonstrated a measurable reduction in exhaust emissions, confirming improved combustion efficiency.
